Dam Macrogol  ®

Solution

Dam Macrogol, an Oral solution is a product for the laxation of hard stool and for the symptomatic treatment of irregular, hard bowel movements.

Adjuvants:

DM Water (solvent), polyethylene glycol (solvent), Sucralose (sweetener), Potassium sorbate (preservative agent), Citric acid (acidity regulator).

Dosage:

The dosage is measured with the enclosed measuring cup. The solution should be preferably taken in the morning.

• Children from 2 to 3 years : 8 to 16 ml of solution per day.
• Children from 4 to 7 years : 16 to 32 ml of solution per day.
• Adults and children over 7 years : 20 to 40 ml of solution per day.

Can be drunk without dilution according to the prescribed doses, but with a glass of water (150 ml). Or it can be diluted with water (100 ml) and drunk.

Shake well before use.

Warnings and Precautions:

• Water is essential to soften fecal mass and the mechanism of action is to maintain sufficient water intake.
• Dam Macrogol solution can be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding,

as the absorption of Macrogol 4000 is negligible, and for this reason, no undesired effects are expected. However, it is advisable if you are pregnant or breast-feeding before taking Dam Macrogol solution to ask your doctor.

• Preferably the solution should be consumed within 6 weeks after the bottle

is opend.

Storage:

• Keep at room temperature under 25° C away from light and moisture.
• Keep away from the reach of children.

A bottle that contains 250 ml solution.
