Properties:

Valerian is used commonly for sleep disorders, especially insomnia. It is also used for anxiety.

Linden is used for conditions such as colds, headaches, and trouble sleeping (insomnia).

Chamomile has important effects as a health-promoting and sedative herb.

Indications and Usage:

• Dam Sleep Well Drops is a night-time sleep aid that assists with occasional sleeplessness.
• Helps to establish normal sleep patterns to give you a more restful, relaxing sleep and in turn, better overall health.
• Helps you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer and wake up feeling rested.
• Sleep strengthens your immune system.

Dosage:

• From 6 months to 6 years:

(½ ml) 30 minutes before bedtime once a day.

• From 7 years to 14 years:

(1 ml) 30 minutes before bedtime once a day.

• Over 14 years and adults:

(2 ml) 30 minutes before bedtime once a day.

Shake the bottle well before use.

Drug interactions and side effects:

Taking Linden might decrease how well the body gets rid of Lithium. This could increase how much Lithium is in the body and result in serious side effects. Talk with your doctor before using this product if you are taking Lithium. Your Lithium dose might need to be changed.

Warnings and precautions:

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Consult your doctor in the event of a special health condition, or sensitivity to one of the contents of the drug, and when excessive, unbalanced use, or if abnormal symptoms appear.
• If you have any heart condition, do not use it without medical supervision.

There is not enough reliable information to know if the Product is safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
