Oral drops, 20 ml

Active ingredients:

Each 1 ml (30 drops) contains:

VIT D3 (Cholecalciferol) 3000 IU

Each 1 drop contains 100 IU VIT D3 (Cholecalciferol)

Adjuvants:

Sunflower Oil (Excipient).

Properties:

Vit D3 helps the kidneys and intestinse absorb calcium and it helps build bones

Usage:

• Prevents vitamin D deficiency when there is demand vitamin D.
• Vit D treats certain bone conditions such as osteoporosis.
• Treats vitamin D deficiency that has been confirmed by laboratory.

Dosage:

For Children less than 3 years according to doctor’s recommendations.

Children 4 – 10 years           5 drops (500 IU) once a day

Adults and over 11 years   10 drops (1000 IU) once a day

Unless the doctor says otherwise.

DAM ViT- D3® drops can be mixed with food, drinks or taken directly.

Warnings and precautions:

Do not use DAM VIT D3 if you are allergic to vit D, if you have high levels of calcium in your blood (hypercalcemia) or urine (hypercalciuria)

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are using certain medicines such as digoxin.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:

should not be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

Side effects:

DAM ViT- D3® may cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. If any of the side

effects happen please tell your doctor or pharmacist.

• increase calcium level in blood (hypercalcemia), or increase calcium with urine (hypercalciuria)
• Skin rash, itching, hives

Storage:

• Keep at room temperature below 25°c, away from light and moisture.
• Do not use DAM ViT- D3® after the expiry date that is printed on the carton.
• Do not use if the bottle seal is broken or
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Shake well before use.
