DILAYT 250 ml oral Solution recovers electrolytes and to prevents dehydration for kids and adults.

Properties:

• According to WOH recommendations zinc element has been added to DILAYT solution, as it was found to enhance body immunity and reduce the duration and severity of diarrheal episodes and the likelihood of subsequent infections for 2 – 3 months.
• Since dextrose is the main source of energy for the muscles and brain, a double dose has been adopted to help patients recover quickly.
• Formula has been improved in order to overcome the salty taste.
• Adopting several distinct flavors (Grape, Fruit, strawberry, Orange, Apple, and the Bubble Gum) flavor which is the favorite taste for children), In addition to that, we made plain product (without color or flavor) to be suitable for those who are allergic to colors, flavors and artificial sweeteners.
• It can be cooled before drinking to make it taste better.

Indications and Usage:

• DILAYT Oral solution is used in mild and moderate diarrhea to recover electrolytes and to prevent dehydration for kids and adults.
• It is used in vomiting to recover electrolytes and fluid deficiency.
• Used in the case of sunstroke and athletes to restore fluid deficiency and fight thirst instead of soft drinks.

Dosage:

• Infants less than 1-year-old, according to doctor’s instructions.
• One-year-old and over: 1 – 2 liters daily, or as per doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions.

Warnings and precautions:

• If diarrhea continues for more than 24 hours consult your doctor.
• Do not use it if the bottle seal is broken or opened.
• Do not add water, the solution is ready to use.
• Use as instructed by doctor or pharmacist.
