Properties:
Fish Oil: Helps to improve body building, reduce inflammation, improve bone health, promote eye health, improve the attention in children, and stimulate brain function and behavior in children.
EPA and DHA both have an anti-inflammatory activity and it contribute to joint health.
while DHA Has a special importance for the eye health, and particularly for the retina.
Vitamin B1: considers important for maintaining heart health and brain as well, it is also important for the nervous system, and plays an important role in the metabolism of carbohydrates.
Vitamin B2: Plays an important role in metabolism and oxidation. and considered an important antioxidant for the body.

Dosage:
• From 1- 4 years         :  2.5 ml (½ teaspoon ) once a day
• From 5 – 10 years      :   5 ml once a day
• 11 years and over     :   5 ml twice a day
